THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Being a local leader in tennis sports activities, the entrepreneur was keen to put his efforts in the development of "Padel", the highest growing sector in the sports industry.
 

Defining a unique value proposition was in the center of our 3 weeks intense collaboration while understanding the different clients personas and market segments.

THE OUTCOME

​

Going through the "BGRP" methodology we developed a separate self-sustained business model engine solely for the padel unit. Highlighted the unique strong characteristics of the brand while considering areas of improvements.

By completing the process we came with the following actionable strategies:

  • Design products for the "Mass Market" customer segment growing rapidly revenues

  • Develop a concrete channel activation strategy

  • Align staff around business unit's performance
