Being a local leader in tennis sports activities, the entrepreneur was keen to put his efforts in the development of "Padel", the highest growing sector in the sports industry.
Defining a unique value proposition was in the center of our 3 weeks intense collaboration while understanding the different clients personas and market segments.
Going through the "BGRP" methodology we developed a separate self-sustained business model engine solely for the padel unit. Highlighted the unique strong characteristics of the brand while considering areas of improvements.
