THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
 

The 3rd generation family business of “Phyllosofies” carries long tradition as one of the most recognized friends & family meeting points in the heart of Heraklion city center. One of the major concerns of the owner was the effective communication of the brand elements associated with cross generational transition, pastry knowledge and recipes expertise taking into consideration the evolving consumer needs when it comes to traditional and healthy food consumption.

THE OUTCOME​

Our team redefined the existing business model identifying missing components related to the brand identity, the owner's vision and organization mission. Shaping a holistic approach around the new brand concept, we worked our transformation efforts undertaking projects such as marketing strategy planning, workforce re-training and business development expansion initiatives. Further to that a new mechanism was introduced allowing the owner to qualify and evaluate new partners and suppliers.
